It also kicks out procrastination which affects productivity. You can have some morning exercise, yoga, or meditation. You can be listening to the news while sipping your tea.

Highly productive people have habits of timekeeping and taking notes. The minute rule is to know which job to do first and the one to do last. The rule helps you organize your responsibilities by time. Going through your to-do list if something goes below 60 seconds, don’t wait but do it now. If something takes more time, don’t worry about it now.

Sitting in one place only can affect your life. Take a walk sometimes as the days and months pass in a form of exercise for your brain. It helps you to discover new things. This rule explains that 80% of production comes from 20% of inputs. In this rule, you prioritize about 20% of factors that can produce the 80% and work on them. This rule tells you to use the best resources to achieve your daily target.

You cannot achieve success without taking what we prescribe here as good health. Your health is your wealth. I choose health over wealth so I eat healthy food. I take more vegetables than junk foods which may cause bad effects on my health.
